When you have an upcoming appointment with the Doctor, the Dr calls an cancels. Been waiting on my thyroid test Results to be given to me for 5 months now... Doctor cannot remember the last time they saw you... wth is that about. Not counting the just don't care environment..

Every time my spouse or my self come to this location it's a terrible, rude , nonchalant demeanor followed with a misdiagnose.... By (Dr. Ophelia) if I could give zero stars I would...all the other staff members are great .

I had a great experience with Dr. Blackledge and the entire team. Dr. Blackledge is very professional and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. A special thank you to Allison at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

I came in with severe pain and as always the staff was extremely helpful and kind curteous and highly professional. Specifically Marina, MA Kristen, CSR and the wonderful nurse Ophelia, FNP. They are the reason I keep returning.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time and when I was called 10 minutes after my arrival the lady who called my name saw I had my 2 children with me. She proceeded to ask “oh you don’t have someone to watch them?” Like I enjoy bringing my kids to my appointments. If I had someone they wouldn’t be there with me. Then I waited another 20 minutes because the lady told me to hold on. The receptionist finally called me and asked another day that would work so I asked why. She proceeded to tell me the provider wouldn’t see me because my children are there. What are stay at home moms with no extra child care supposed to do? So all in all I can’t be seen by the dentist there because I have my children. I haveNEVER had this issue anywhere else and think that this is just outrageous. Because I’m a mom no dental care for me!!
